Event Design

This package is ideal for clients who want a guide to help them express their event vision but do not want to handle the decorations. This package includes a monthly timeline and budget updates, customized event ideas, unlimited access to event designers, and production (crafting decor, favors, table escapes, etc). The event planner assists with finding venues and vendors, room layouts, timelines, budget development, set-up, and tear down depending on the details of the event. The planner is on-site to manage and execute all of the event details from set-up to clean-up. 

 

Event Coordination
Best known as "Day of Coordination", this service is perfect for the do-it-yourself bride or event hosts, who want to plan their entire event, but then relax on the day of the event. We begin working with you two months before your event to review your various vendor contracts, design the itinerary, help you work out all of your transportation timing and vendor logistics, discuss every detail of your event. Then we finalize all of the details and coordinate your rehearsal. On the day of the event, we oversee every detail from start to finish and make sure you have a seamless experience!

Consulting
Hourly consulting works for clients who have experience putting on a special event production but want a professional or different viewpoint. This sparks new ideas, budget preparation, initial timeline drafting, vendor recommendations or research, general event support, on-site management, etc.
